Hi I’m Nickie Hursthouse and I have worked in the world of behaviour change and nutrition for 12 years. In that time I have seen how disconnected we have become from our bodies and how this then impacts how we feel around food. 

By reconnecting with our body, respecting its needs and nourishing it properly, all women can then feel confident around food and in their body. 

I have coached CEOs, business leaders, business owners and everyday women to heal their relationship with food, with their body, to unlock more energy, master their stress and have the resources they need to thrive.
