PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS


All fees quoted verbally, via email or on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST, unless explicitly stated “excl GST” or “+ GST”. We reserve the right to change our standard fees at any time. We may correct pricing errors at any time.


Consultations and 1:1 Coaching

1.Online payment:

Your payment may be made online via credit card with details provided in your invoice.

Payments are processed through a secure Stripe Payment System. Any credit card details stored for payment are done so on the Stripe system in compliance with legislative requirements.

2. Payment can be by electronic bank transfer:

In addition to the above option, we also accept direct credit to our nominated bank account. Details on how to make a payment by this method is listed on the invoice remittance advice. 

Please note all consultations must pre-paid or paid within 24 hours of the consultation. All invoices for 1:1 coaching are issues as per your coaching agreement payment terms.

3. Cancelling and Rebooking an Appointment:

As last minute cancellations or no-shows have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours' notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client at this time. Cancellations and reschedules must be provided to us through your booking confirmation email or by emailing hello@nickiehursthouse.com.

If 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged a minimum of 50% of the consultation fee.

Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your consultation for you. If your consultation is unable to be completed due to you arriving late, the above cancellation policy will apply and you will be charged.

Certain circumstances will not incur a charge, but when a booking has been made we reserve the right to recoup costs if changes are made.


Booking a Free Discovery Call

Free Discovery Calls are 30 minutes in duration and available via telehealth (video). 

During the 30 minute discovery call, I encourage you to ask any questions you may have, and we’ll talk a little about your goals and determine if we are a good fit to work together. This allows me to determine the best program for us to work together. 

No education or advice is given during this call.

You are only able to reschedule the discovery call once.


The Bowl Membership

Payment options:

Payment can be made via monthly or annual payments over the term of the membership. Monthly payments or annual payments can be paid by debit/credit card. 

Payments are processed through a secure Stripe Payment System.  Any credit card details stored for payment are done so on the Stripe system in compliance with legislative requirements.

Monthly Membership:

The membership will auto-renew monthly until cancelled or notified in writing otherwise. 14 days notice is required to cancel. 14 days’ notice also applies to suspended memberships, including final direct debit payment.

Annual Membership:

The membership will auto-renew annually until cancelled or notified in writing otherwise. 14 days notice is required to cancel. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
